The heel trainer is a metal frame with which you can train your feet to wear extreme high heels. The feet are literally clamped into the trainer and when worn for longer periods of time (e.g. regularly overnight) you should be able to stretch your tendons. This means I can still wear 14cm heels without any problem even when I'm over 60.
